DESCRIPTION
As the Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Tingis Web, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences across our product portfolio. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital products are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with industry best practices.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role, you will lead the design process from conception to implementation, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, user-centered designs. Your role will require a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, as well as proficiency in design tools and techniques.
AS A SENIOR UI/UX PRODUCT DESIGNER YOU’LL
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and guide development.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across product interfaces by establishing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in UX/UI design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into your work to continuously improve our products.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in (product) design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for the role, with a minimum level of B2 proficiency required, while C1 or C2 proficiency is preferred.
