As the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist at Tingis Web, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation efforts and developing targeted online marketing strategies tailored to our focus sectors: real estate, automotive, healthcare, and education.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders across our Amsterdam and Dubai offices, necessitating strong English language skills to effectively communicate and align on strategy and initiatives. Additionally, the ability to comprehend and produce complex written and verbal communications in English is essential for the successful execution of marketing campaigns and the analysis of performance metrics.
AS A SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST YOU’LL
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies focused on lead generation, leveraging channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to drive qualified leads within the real estate, automotive, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation campaigns, working closely with internal teams and global offices to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach.
- Define project objectives, requirements, and KPIs specific to lead generation, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on campaign goals.
- Foster close collaboration and communication within the marketing team and with colleagues in global offices, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment on lead generation strategies and initiatives.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for lead generation campaigns, and monitor progress to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and market trends, deriving actionable insights to refine lead generation strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt strategies as needed to optimize campaign performance and maximize lead generation results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing, and incorporate these into strategy development and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues in global offices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and allocate resources (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for the role, with a minimum level of B2 proficiency required, while C1 or C2 proficiency is preferred.
